Jeffrey Pegg has dedicated 38 years as a public school educator, with 33 of these years in the Palm Beach County School District.  Mr. Pegg has served many positions within the public school systems; elementary, middle and high school level teacher, District ESOL, English to Speakers of Other Languages Coordinator, Assistant Principal, Principal and Instructional Superintendent of Elementary Schools in the Central Region of Palm Beach County.  Mr. Pegg is currently serving in the role of South Region Instructional Superintendent, Elementary.  He has extensive experience in high poverty schools with multicultural populations and Title I status. Mr. Pegg had much success academically with the schools he supervised, and has developed Culture and Climate in school centers that needed guidance.

Raised in the southwestern (Pittsburgh) area of Pennsylvania, Mr. Pegg graduated from the California University of Pennsylvania in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Early Childhood Education.

He continued his education earning a Master of Science degree in Educational Leadership from Barry University of Miami, Florida in 1995.
